Hey! So Glad You're Here.

     My name is Leah Hallwirth and I am a strategic communications major at Old Dominion University. I am in my fourth and final year and really enjoying all the professional knowledge I have gained through my different courses. I started at ODU as an undecided major as there are many fields I could see my future in. Over time, I have found communications, and specifically strategic communications, to be a great fit for me with all the potential opportunity I will have. In terms of future career goals, I am still not sure where exactly I see myself working but so far I am leaning towards the event planning space as a good option for me.​

     In my free time I enjoy crocheting as my creative outlet. I enjoy making things without following a pattern most time to see what I can create on my own and challenge myself to figure it out. Reading is another way that I pass my time, along with listening to podcasts about the books I have already read. I also really enjoy listening to music and going to concerts from my favorite artists.
